Making Time for Me
Do you ever find yourself wishing you had a few moments of time each day just for you? Today so many of us are busy with businesses, families, and home life that little or no time is left over to do something that we enjoy, let alone to make sure we are taking care of our well-being.
But wait, help is on the way! In this presentation Cheryl will outline the reasons why you need to carve time out each day for yourself and provide strategies to incorporate self-care into most of your days. We will also discuss the permission that we must give ourselves for “me” time. By the end of the session, participants will be inspired to use the techniques discussed for planning their own me/self-care time.

Cheryl Agranovich was pretty much on her own during her childhood and financially independent since the age of seventeen. She was the first person in her family to go to college, and she worked full-time as she completed her degrees: registered nurse with her bachelor’s in nursing and master’s in public health. She launched her health-care journey working in an emergency room, yet her interest quickly shifted to preventive health care and her career path followed. As an entrepreneur passionate about health and well-being, she founded two health companies that have helped thousands of people improve their health. Both companies were successfully sold. Her innovative out-of-the-box thinking provided solutions to assist large multisite corporate employers, effectively enhancing their overall health and well-being strategy. Her clients included companies such as ABB, Bristol Myers Squibb, Campbell’s Soup Company, Eaton, HARMAN International, IKEA, Mars, Nestle, Progressive, Scholastic Books, Sherwin Williams, and TEVA.
All of Cheryl’s life experiences up to this point have strengthened her resolve that we can—and must—do better for our health. Cheryl is a passionate proponent of volunteerism supporting many important causes and speaks globally as a health expert. Most recently, Cheryl completed a book entitled “A Women’s Health Survival Guide - Helping You Become Your Best Self”, which was just published and will be available for purchase next week.
Cheryl will use ALL of the proceeds from her speaking engagements and book sales to help young women in need succeed by funding scholarships at Cuyahoga Community College.
